September 7, 2008 - Leave a Response

Let Me In was a single from Irish boyband, OTT. This song was popular on South Asia. With ballad and pop genre, the song is pretty okay. Typical boyband vocal. This song is available from their 1997 album “This One’s For You”.

Katy Perry – Hot N Cold

September 6, 2008 - Leave a Response

“Hot N Cold” is the third single from Katy Perry’s album, One of the Boys. It is to be released on September 9, 2008 to the United States and Canada. It will be released in Australia on September 10. The song is featured in Simlish in The Sims 2: Apartment Life.

However, it has already charted due to strong digital downloads in both the US and Canada. It has also already started to increase massively in airplay since major Top 40 radio stations across the country, including the national Top 40 format leader Z-100 WHTZ/New York, have jumped on adding the single. Blender Magazine calls the track a “spunky, climate-controlled kiss-off,” and Entertainment Weekly agrees, “It’s damn fun.” A video is scheduled for a Los Angeles shoot late in August, with official release to radio early in September. Perry will make the premiere live television performance of “Hot N Cold” on NBC’s Today show outdoor concert series on August 29th. Katy revealed in an interview with Radio 1 that “Hot N Cold” would in fact be the follow up single to her number one hit “I Kissed A Girl” in the United Kingdom. The radio edit replaces the word “bitch” with the word “chick”.

The guys in Plain White T’s have learned a bit about life since “Hey There Delilah” and that’s no more evident than in the new video for the infectious single, “Natural Disaster”. No longer is the band wallowing after long gone college sweethearts; this time they’re the ones with the upper hand as they swagger into the club and can have their pick of any girl who crosses their path. Is Delilah is the one who’s jealous now?
